- Academic year has three terms and there is an examination at the end of the every term. Students have to secure minimum 40% average in every subject.
- Promotion to the higher class is based on the average of the three terminal examinations, 30% marks from 1st and 2nd term and 40% marks from 3rd term will be taken for the final result.
- No test shall be anticipated or postponed including oral. No exam will be conducted for absentees. In case of illness, the final result will be considered on the basis of the term's work and general performance during the year.
- Use of unfair means during the tests will lead to the cancellation of that paper. Repetition of the same will result in dismissal. Manipulating the report card or any other certificate shall result in the dismissal of the concerned students.
- Students, whose fees are in arrears, will not be allowed to appear for final examination.
- Students from classes IX-XII are requested to submit their assignments/practical files on or before the dates fixed by your subject teachers. The defaulters will have to pay fine prescribed by the school. Non-compliance might lead to cancellation registration/final examination.
- There will be Internal Assessment for 20% of marks in all subjects.
- Marks will be awarded to those who speak English always in the school campus. Class teachers will be maintaining a record.
- Before the commencement of the exam, if students take leave for seven working days, 1 mark per subject per day will be deducted.
- From class I to XII, every year there will be class shuffling.
- A minimum of 80% attendance is required for promotion.
- With regard to promotion, the decision of the principal is final and binding. The answer scripts of the Annual examination shall not be exposed.
