- Attendance is compulsory on the first and last day of each term.
- Those students who absent themselves from school on the first and last day without previous sanction of the leave will be liable for fine.
- Leave of absence will be granted only on written application from parent/guardian and that too for not more than three consecutive days and only for grave reasons.
- Applications for sick leave involving more than three consecutive days should be supported by a medical certificate. Sick students should not be sent to school.
- Repeated absence without leave application and unexplained absence for more than 10 consecutive days render the students liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Readmission, if granted, will only be after the payment of fresh readmission fee.
- Every absence must be recorded in the non-attendance and leave record at the end of this diary and signed by the parent/guardian.
- The Summer vacation is from the 1st week of June. Winter holidays will be for 10 days.
- For protracted absence due to illness, a proper medical certificate must be submitted. A student returning after illness from any infectious disease must produce a clearance from a qualified doctor.
- Unreasonable leaves during last weeks of every terminal examination is not permitted.
- Applications for leave must be attested by the parents or guardians and sent to the Principal's office in time. You are not allowed to make call in the school office to inform about the absent student.
